We do not accept returns or money back, however it is possible to exchange your item for another one if the following conditions are met:

  • Conctact us up to four days after receiving the item(s)
  • Item(s) must be in perfect conditions, must have all it's original labels and packaging
  • Purchase receipt
  • No signs of being used or washed

International Purchases

We do not accept returns or money back, however it is possible to exchange your item for another one if the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) must be in perfect conditions, must have all it's original labels and packaging
  • Purchase receipt
  • No signs of being used or washed

 

The customer is responsible for any expenses on shipping services related to the returns.

There are no returns for items under special offers or promotions

Under any circumstances we return money, we only accept item exchange when certain conditions are met.
